After over 30 years of leadership in the real estate and property management industries, I’m excited to embark on a new chapter. Most recently, I served as Executive Vice President of FirstService Residential New York, where I was responsible for overseeing expenditures, operational efficiency, and strategic capital planning for the company’s physical offices. I played a pivotal role in shaping FirstService Residential into the largest residential management company in New York City.

As a founder of both FirstService Project Management and FirstService Energy, I have extensive experience in developing and managing complex residential and commercial construction projects, as well as in energy management and advisory services. Since founding FirstService Project Management in 2005, I’ve overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in capital improvement projects, ranging from luxury condominium and rental conversions to large-scale HVAC upgrades. Through FirstService Energy, I’ve helped clients save over $25 million in energy costs while reducing carbon emissions and improving building performance.

I am passionate about the intersection of real estate, construction, and energy efficiency, and I’m now focused on building a new company. This venture will leverage my expertise in property management, project management, and energy optimization to create innovative solutions for today’s real estate challenges.
